RICHARD FAUCHER
After having worked for 8 years as a Real Estate appraiser, it was in 1998 that I made the career change to Real Estate Broker.
I work in the Laval/North Shore area, mainly in the cities of Blainville, Sainte-Thérèse, Boisbriand and Mirabel. I’ve participated in hundreds of transactions for single-family homes and revenue properties of all types, including lots, condos, bungalows, cottages, duplexes, triplexes and multiplexes.
A University graduate in Business administration, I am continually looking for ways to perfect myself and enjoy following courses in a continuing training program.
My vast experience allows me to better understand my clients’ needs and negotiate in their best interest.
